- After a busy summer painting large murals, Troy Lovegates spent the winter recuperating. During this time, Lovegates produced an intricate new series of drawings. These sometimes-claustrophobic, black-and-white drawings produced from the floor of his apartment over the course of the winter drastically counter the large, colourful murals created earlier in the year. Symington showcases these drawings from “back prison”.
