SHIPPING
Is this Menswear makes every attempt to ship out packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders placed before 1800 Pacific Standard Time Sunday -> Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday ship out Monday morning.
Is this Menswear Design Exchange is not responsible for any duties or taxes occurred through international shipping. All Canadian Orders are taxed in accordance under the guidelines established by Revenue Canada and or Provincial Revenue agencies.
WEBSITE USE AND RESTRICTIONS
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, photography, text, graphics, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software are the property of Is this Menswear Design Exchange, its affiliates or content suppliers, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. No use of these may be made without the prior written consent from Is this Menswear Design Exchange. The logo, designs, advertisements, and photographic images described or displayed on the site are the intellectual property of Is this Menswear Design Exchange, and may not be used without permission.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return an item within the first 7 days of the package delivery date as long as it is in it's original condition. Full refunds are subject to a 15% re-stock fee.
You may exchange an item within 7 days of the package delivery date for another item or store credit.
All sale items are final sale
Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number. RA number issued via contacting Is this Menswear?

While purchasing a product or when entering a contest, Is this Menswear Design Exchange requires that you provide your personal and financial information (name, address, email, credit card number and expiry date). Customer information allows Is this Menswear Design Exchange to open an account in your name, to process your order, to contact you in the event that you win a prize in a contest, to customize your shopping experience. There is also the option to receive our email newsletter updates. If you choose to receive these you should expect a regular newsletter to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase.
