Where are you located? We are based out of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. 

what if I don't see my size? Say a prayer… Then send an email or give us a call. If we don’t have an item we are always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

What countries do you ship to? We ship worldwide with the exception of any country currently under a UN or Canadian Government sanctions. See our complete store policy

How long will my item take to ship? Shipping times vary due to several factors, mother nature, stat holidays, labour disruptions, or human error. In ten years of shipping clothing nationally and internationally I can proudly say I have never had a package get lost or arrive damaged. And we intend to continue that record. We hope to make an online sale no different than a sale in the store. We want our customers to be left feeling happy, and inspired. Know that if your package is stuck up in customs we to are looking at our screens in disappointment. But know that every attempt has been made to make these processes move swiftly. Return Policy? You may return an item within the first 7 days of the package delivery date as long as it is in it's original condition. Full refunds are subject to a 15% re-stock fee. 
You may exchange an item within 7 days of the package delivery date for another item or store credit. 
All sale items are final sale

Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.
 Gift Certificates are not refundable.
