COBE Architecture is exporting über cool design to Germany, by winning the Adidas' international competition for its new campus building. Awarded in December, the design includes a roofing system resembling the minimal trademark lined logo. It reminds me of a George Foreman grill surface, capping off a one storey glass box. The "Meet & Eat" centre is a public conference centre with an employee restaurant and showroom. The project is slated for completion at the end of 2018. Is this Menswear? couldn't wait three years, so we decided to send Iain to the future; onsite at the Adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach (just north of Nuremburg).
